My stay at the hotel was really nice overall. The room was good, but I found the handicap accessible room I booked wasn't worth the upgrade. The service was beyond helpful, especially during check-in, and the location was perfect for exploring Nashville. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some misrepresentation, but overall, it was worth it.

The room I got at check-in was so nice, but I didn't feel the upgrade to the handicap accessible room was worth it.

7.4/10

The hotel's rooms were not bad, but just a little dated and not what I would expect. They were very helpful, but the elevator, ice machine, and lack of an adjoining door were a bit of a letdown. The service was very friendly and nice, but I had to jockey with hotel guests for elevator space due to long waits. The location was excellent, being one city block from the Ryman Theatre and Broadway, and within walking distance of both the bustling Broadway and the more relaxed Frist Museum. The dining experience was of average quality, though I was excited to try the restaurant inside the hotel, Little Fib.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms had a slightly dated feel but were still helpful and functional.
Service
8.0
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They provided services like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, shops, valet parking, and a welcome drink, making the stay comfortable.
Location
9.0
The location was amazing, within walking distance of key attractions like the Ryman Theatre, Broadway, the conference center, arena, honky tonks, and Printer's Alley. However, the construction work next to the hotel affected the use of the outside terrace where the pool area is located.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was average in quality, with some good variety, but not exceptional. Dining options were somewhat limited, but the on-site restaurant provided gourmet products.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered valet parking, a pool area, and other basic amenities, despite some minor letdowns in facilities like the elevator and ice machine.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The service, from valet parking to the front desk staff, was amazing with great customer service. The location was perfect within walking distance of all the attractions. The dining experience was over the top with free Starbucks and other drinks. Overall, a fantastic stay with only a small room and the nearby construction project being minor drawbacks.

6.6/10

The hotel had clean rooms, but there were some issues like food crumbs on the floor and a mysterious additional charge. It was a bit pricey for the amenities offered, with a cold pool and a concerning discovery of a used bullet. The staff's service was a mix of extremely helpful behavior and unprofessional incidents, leaving a lasting negative impression.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were generally clean, but I noticed food crumbs on the floor near the bed by the window. This needs to be addressed for better hygiene.
Service
6.0
The staff was extremely helpful, especially in finding a converter for our electricity needs. However, there were instances of unprofessional behavior, like bringing and charging us for unordered items.
Location
9.0
The location was great and convenient, within easy walking distance of various attractions and the Nashville entertainment district.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing as there was confusion about what was included in the stay, leading to unexpected costs. Clearer information on pricing would have been appreciated.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were average, but the pool being freezing and the discovery of a used bullet in a drawer were concerning.
