Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was really nice overall. The room was good, but I found the handicap accessible room I booked wasn't worth the upgrade. The service was beyond helpful, especially during check-in, and the location was perfect for exploring Nashville. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some misrepresentation, but overall, it was worth it.
The hotel's rooms were not bad, but just a little dated and not what I would expect. They were very helpful, but the elevator, ice machine, and lack of an adjoining door were a bit of a letdown. The service was very friendly and nice, but I had to jockey with hotel guests for elevator space due to long waits. The location was excellent, being one city block from the Ryman Theatre and Broadway, and within walking distance of both the bustling Broadway and the more relaxed Frist Museum. The dining experience was of average quality, though I was excited to try the restaurant inside the hotel, Little Fib.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The service, from valet parking to the front desk staff, was amazing with great customer service. The location was perfect within walking distance of all the attractions. The dining experience was over the top with free Starbucks and other drinks. Overall, a fantastic stay with only a small room and the nearby construction project being minor drawbacks.
The hotel had clean rooms, but there were some issues like food crumbs on the floor and a mysterious additional charge. It was a bit pricey for the amenities offered, with a cold pool and a concerning discovery of a used bullet. The staff's service was a mix of extremely helpful behavior and unprofessional incidents, leaving a lasting negative impression.
